At Encore we work with different types of manufacturing devices for various products and processes, such as tooling for part assembly, Metallizing, Lacquering, Painting, Robot Arm Ends (EOAT), measurement bases, and Gauges (Go / No Go).

assembly tooling
We manufacture non-automated tooling for the manufacturing industry, using the internal force of our processes. Our objective in this division is to support our clients in the conceptualization of their designs to optimize their processes.
Cutting bases, cast iron deburring, Grippers for extraction of plastic parts from injection.

Paint and lacquer bases
We design and manufacture bases for lacquering and painting processes designed for high-volume mass production or for component prototyping according to the needs of our clients. Our team is trained and has the experience to support the concept of these tools and with the ability to create prototypes of these tools in 1 week.

We work with devices for metallic components of the automotive industry, home lighting, packaging. Our team is trained and has the experience to support the concept of these tools and with the ability to create prototypes of these tools in 1 week.
